We got a load of awesome new Vans in today, including a whole bunch of canvas models which are absolutely perfect for the summer, they are at home both on the beach during the day and at the punk gig into the early hours. The Authentics are vegan too which is a bonus for, uh, vegans and animals worldwide. I’ve only posted my faves below so be sure to check out both the mens and ladies Vans pages on the site for the full range. We have them from a UK 4 right the way up to UK 15, we try to keep a decent range of big skate shoes in stock at all times cause we are nice like that.

Just a quickie to say that we now have a pretty good range of kids skate and surf clothing and shoes online. This is the first season we have had youth clothing in the webshop so it would be great to have some feedback about what we’ve got and what you would like us to get. I was having a bit of a tidy up around the studio/stockroom yesterday and came across a bunch of old point of sale. You may want to sit down before reading the next part of this story…

There ON THE FLOOR was a Vans carboard cutout of Tony Trujillo and John Cardiel which was no big deal but then I noticed that it was autographed by them!!! Autographed by John Cardiel and on the floor, I nearly started to cry ;-) It now has pride of place on the shelf above my desk and will stay loved for the rest of time. I wonder what other goodies are hidden around the place here that would break Ev’s heart…
