We understand that delivering your order, when you want it is the most important job we have to do. If something goes wrong, and occasionally it does, then fixing it quickly becomes our number one priority.
If Your Order is Wrong or Faulty
Send us an email to email@example.com, we'll send the right item out to you immediately and give you 10% off your next order.
If You Want to Change/Return Something
If you don't like your purchase or it doesn't fit, just send it back to us within 14 days. We'll ship you a different size or colour, or process a refund within 24 hours of receiving your return. Want to know more about returning something? Visit our Returns page
We do ship to BFPO addresses. You do not have to do anything special to make an order, simply follow the instructions provided when entering your delivery address during the checkout.
We don't make a policy of losing orders but the unfortunate fact is that, sometimes, things do go missing in the post so we thought it would be best to bring it up now. If you haven't received your order within 15 working days, please Contact Us. We will arrange a re-delivery and give you 10% off your next order.
Please bear in mind that our delivery times are based on standard working days, Monday to Friday not including holidays and are estimates from the time they are dispatched.
If you live in any of the more remote areas of the UK, Ireland and Scotland, or the Channel Islands, please allow an extra 24 hours for delivery.
