DVS Shoes have all the vital ingredients for a perfect skate shoe. Every DVS shoe balances style, performance, and durability. The Munition, Paradox, DVS Cadence
, and the Carson are all great examples of this. DVS are one of the best skateboarding companies out there, in our opinion. Their shoes are perfectly tuned for skateboarding and as such have a dedicated and loyal following. DVS shoes are some of the most popular skateboarding shoes on the market so in the event that you would like to learn more about them, get online and see what other skateboarders, like myself have to say - there are lots of great reviews out there. The important features of these DVS shoes consist of: hidden elastic straps, flexible vulcanized construction, slip-on or lace-up option, slim comfortable profile, bruise control technology, and (my favourite), a hidden pocket on the tongue. It's a little Velcro pocket on the tongue of select DVS shoes. Our shoes are built to withstand the rigours of skateboarding and come with a rock solid manufacturer's warranty. DVS is proud to announce the development of its first cycling specific skate shoe. If they're anything like the other DVS Shoes, they'll be great riding trainers. Designed in collaboration with influential cycling brand, Cadence, the Cadence DVS Milan CTC
has several bike specific performance and durability features that have never been used on a traditional skate shoe. "From the beginning the goal was to create a cycling functional shoe that you can skate and walk around in all day," says Cadence Owner Dustin Klein. "As a new category for DVS, The Milan CTC Cadence (Classic Tribute Cycling) has reflective detailing for nocturnal visibility, a stiffer lasting board that reduces leg fatigue, increases pedal stroke strength, and comes with specially designed patterning on the tongue that protects laces from toe cage damage". The DVS Cadence shoe will be available at select skate and bike retail stores in 2010.The new DVS Cadence Milan CTC collaboration shoe is now available to pre-order. This product is also available in Black Grey and Yellow. Podium Distribution VP Brian Dunlap says developing a product for the cycling category was a very organic process. In support of the Cadence DVS shoe, shipping this June, DVS and Cadence have partnered up on a global racing event designed to bring out the world's strongest cyclists.
