This relatively young clothing company started out as Laundry Athletics back in 2003. The clothes first appeared under their current brand name, Superdry Clothing, when it opened their first clothes store in Covent Garden, London. Celebrities helped the brand gain popularity when they were shown wearing the clothes in the press. One such celebrity, photographed wearing a Superdry jacket and t-shirt, generated so much interest in the clothes that it catapaulted the brand into the mainstream. These clothes are now available nationwide and are proving very popular amongst a wide variety of lifestyles with a common ground of casual but stylish clothing. The clothes fuse "vintage American fabrics with pseudo-Japanese text" (we got that from wikipedia, whatever it means) but to sum it up, the clothes are made from top quality materials.
The Fit and Feel of Superdry Clothes
Generally speaking, the clothes can be considered 'Slim Fit' in both the mens and the ladies. If you usually wear clothing in a size medium, then you should shop for Superdry clothing one size bigger, in a size large. The clothes feel great to wear, the heavy quality of the fabrics and the quality of the prints/embroidery are what make these clothes stand out. It is certainly true that you get what you pay for with this clothing brand.
